Welcome to Tailored Egypt Tours. By booking any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
Each tour on our website includes a detailed description outlining what is included and excluded. We also offer customized itineraries tailored to your individual preferences and travel requirements. Please note that customized tours may be subject to different pricing.
At Tailored Egypt Tours, we are committed to transparency and strive to provide exceptional travel experiences with complete peace of mind.
All prices published on our website and affiliated platforms are based on the applicable land rates, transportation costs, exchange rates, and supplier prices available at the time of publication.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice before booking confirmation due to significant currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, government taxes, or other unforeseen economic circumstances.
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit together with the completed booking information, including the full names exactly as they appear on the travelers' passports.
Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining balance must be paid no later than one (1) day prior to the tour departure date.
Bookings confirmed less than one day before departure may be subject to a USD 25 late processing fee, unless prior arrangements have been made for cash payment upon arrival.
For payments made by Visa or MasterCard, additional verification may be required for security purposes. Tailored Egypt Tours reserves the right to refuse or decline any payment that cannot be properly verified.
Bookings made within 24 hours of departure require full payment at the time of confirmation and may incur a USD 25 late processing fee, in addition to any extra costs associated with urgent travel arrangements.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfers and major credit cards.
Tailored Egypt Tours reserves the right to cancel any reservation within 48 hours of booking if operational circumstances require it. In such cases, any payments received will be fully refunded.
All travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid travel documents before departure. A passport valid for at least six (6) months beyond the return date is generally required. Visa requirements vary depending on nationality and destination.
Non-Egyptian citizens are responsible for obtaining the appropriate visas and ensuring compliance with all immigration and re-entry requirements.
Tailored Egypt Tours cannot be held responsible for delays, denied boarding, missed services, or financial losses resulting from incomplete or invalid travel documentation.
Final travel documents, vouchers, and tickets are issued only after full payment has been received. Documents are generally sent within 24 hours after payment confirmation or according to the agreed booking schedule.
Failure to complete payment within the required timeframe may delay the issuance of travel documents.
Airline tickets issued through Tailored Egypt Tours are generally subject to airline fare rules and restrictions.
Where permitted by the airline, changes may be processed subject to a USD 100 administrative fee per passenger, in addition to any airline-imposed penalties or fare differences.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or other approved written communication. The effective cancellation date will be the date the written request is received.
If travel documents or airline tickets have already been issued, they must be returned before any eligible refund can be processed. Customized tours, special events, and private group bookings may be subject to different cancellation policies.
Tailored Egypt Tours reserves the right to cancel or modify any tour due to insufficient participation or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, political events, force majeure, or airline operational changes.
In such cases, customers will be offered one of the following:
Our liability is limited solely to the amount paid directly to us. We are not responsible for additional expenses incurred by travelers, including visas, passports, travel insurance, domestic transportation, accommodation booked independently, or any indirect or consequential losses.
If the minimum number of participants required for a group departure is not met, Tailored Egypt Tours reserves the right to cancel the tour.
Customers will be contacted via email or WhatsApp within 24–48 hours before the scheduled departure and may choose either:
For tours lasting 12 hours or less, guests are eligible for a full refund if cancellation is received at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time (Egypt local time).
No refund will be available for cancellations received less than 24 hours before departure.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email. For cancellations made more than 40 days before arrival, bank transaction charges of approximately 6% of the amount received may be deducted from the refund.

Domestic airline tickets within Egypt are governed by the individual airline's fare rules. Any cancellation or amendment involving domestic flights will be subject to the applicable airline penalties and administrative charges, regardless of the package cancellation policy.
